jasSHOP SHOPPING CART - How our ordering system works Simply enter the quantity you wish to order from the catalog order pages within jasSHOP, then click the "Order" button at the bottom of the page. The "Current Order Selection" page will then automatically be presented to you. (The "Current Order Selection" page is automatically presented each time an item is added to your order or any time you click the "View Orders" button.) After you have finished shopping go to the "Check Out" page by clicking on the "Check Out" button at the bottom of the "Current Order Selection" page. Enter your shipping and payment information in the form provided on the Check Out page, and then press the "Secure Submit" button at the bottom of the page. You will be presented with a preview copy of your final order which will include the FULL PRICE of your purchase. Examine it carefully to make sure everything is correct. Next, press the "Place Order" button (your order will NOT be confirmed until you do this. Once you have pressed the "Place Order" button, a copy of your order will be presented to you and a copy will also be sent to you via the email address you provided.

Write your credit card number and expiration date on the copy, and mail it to us at the address found at the top of the invoice. Please note that international orders must be paid by credit card. By fax machine: Fill out the on-line form. Do NOT enter your credit card number. Instead, select the Payment Method: Customer Will Fax option, and submit your order. You will receive a copy of your invoice by email. Print out a copy of it.card number and expiration date on the copy, and fax it to us at 709 653 2417. By telephone: Fill out the on-line form. Do NOT enter your credit card number. Instead, select the Payment Method: Customer Will Telephone option, and submit your order. You will receive a copy of your invoice by email. Then call us. Give our friendly staff your invoice number and credit card information over the phone. If our voice mail system takes your call, please let us know when you would like us to call you back. jasSHOP SHOPPING CART - How to Pay by Check When paying by CHECK: Fill out the on-line form. Select the Payment Method: Check option, and submit your order. You will receive a copy of your invoice by email. Print out a copy of it. Attach your check to the copy, and mail it to us at the address found at the top of the invoice.

jasSHOP SHOPPING CART - How to Pay by Gift Certificate If you are redeeming a Gift Certificate (GC) online you have two payment options: CHECK Select the "Check" payment option when checking out of jasSHOP. If there is a difference in the value of your purchase and the value of the GC, please include a check for the amount over the GC value. If the GC value is more than the value of your purchase we will issue you a credit for that amount. Attach the GC to a copy of the customer invoice and mail it to us at the address found at the top of the invoice. CHARGE You may also use the "Charge"  payment option. If your purchase exceeds the value of the GC we will deduct the value of the GC from the total price stated on the final customer invoice that is generated by jasSHOP. If you use this option please fax a copy of the GC to us. NOTE: Please include the GC details (Name and GC number) in the "Suggestions and Comments:" section during the jasSHOP checkout process.

Payment via Phone Fax or Mail To submit your order payment via Phone Fax or Mail: Please include the product(s) Number and Description you are ordering. Full Name (The one on your credit card). Your Shipping Address Your Contact Telephone number Credit Card Type (if applicable) Credit Card Number (if applicable) Credit card Expiry Date(if applicable) And submit the information using the contact information above.

Terms of Sale Prices shown on the jasSHOP Shopping Cart catalog pages do not include applicable shipping or tax charges. (See Shipping and Taxes section below) The full price including any applicable taxes or shipping charges will be generated automatically when you "Check Out" of the jasSHOP shopping cart. Prices changes will be posted on the jasSHOP Shopping Cart accesible by clicking on the Information button (available on most jasSILKS.com webpage. Most products ordered  will be shipped within one week of receiving the order however, due to the labour intensive nature of the Hand Painted Silk Wallhangings and Silk Scarves, shipping time may vary depending on current order volume. Most orders will be delivered in 2-4 weeks.

Shipping charges Shipping charges depend on method of delivery and destination. Postal Service, our preferred shipping method Postal delivery  to Canada and the USA is the least expensive, it usually costs $10.00 and up per order (we've had good service from the Canadian and US postal system). The postal shipping charges are specified on the "jas SILKS  Secure  Shopping Cart System "and  "jas SILKS Automated Order Forms." Couriers, our alternate shipping method Couriers to Canada and the USA are a little more expensive approximately $20.00  and up for an average sized parcel. We will use this method if you request it. The courier shipping charges  will be added to your bill. Fedex Shipping charges for International customers other than the USA and Canada Because postal charges vary  when shipping to different countries,  we will add the charges to your bill when we ship your parcel. Typical shipping charges for postage only are available at Canada Post. Please disregard the automatically calculated shipping charges on our ordering system.

Taxes The appropriate taxes (if any) will be added to your order when you Check Out.

Our Guarantee We are very confident that you will be pleased with the products you purchase from jas SILKS however, if upon delivery you are not satisfied with our Fine Art & Craft products or they have been damaged during shipping please return them  to jas SILKS immediately for a full refund. The shipping charges are non-refundable.

How Do I Change or Cancel an Order? You can change or cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. Just go to our CONTACT US page and use any method you prefer to advise us of the change or cancelation. Please Note that in the case of custom ONE OF A KIND or COMMISSION works, changes are accepted until production on them begins. Subsequent to this no design changes can be entertained.

Wholesale Customers Wholesale customers can order online using the jasSHOP Shopping Cart. When you check out, select the radio button marked "Payment Method: Repeat Customer" and we will adjust the prices to correspond to the Current Year, Wholesale Price list. Exchange Rates Please Note: All prices are based upon the Canadian price. US prices are approximate and based upon the exchage rate when the web page was last updated. If you purchase a product using an American or International charge card your charge card will automatically make the appropriate exchange rate adjustment.
